Almost a week into the Index Card A Day challenge and I'm reconnecting with that fire that fuels the creative side. Of course I'm not sleeping well...looking at everyone else's submissions for the day and theme, thinking and worrying a bit about what I'm going to do for the next prompt, anxiously waiting to see if I fail spectacularly (and working hard to change that narrative to, 'what amazingness am I going to create next'.
That's the interesting thing..the intuition and the movement to just do something...it's actually working out and I'm creating little 4x6" cards of art, wildly different from each other in tone, context, materials, and medium. It's been a thoroughly enjoyable experience and is getting me set for some of the bigger projects I have coming up this summer.
